Nowadays, digital marketing changed, lots of brands and companies use social media and modern technologies for many purposes. Social media are cheap and easily accessible than traditional media. Many popular platforms like Instagram, YouTube or Facebook are one of the most powerful sources of information today. “Globally, there are more than 3 billion social media users. Social media is an ever-changing and ever-evolving web-based platform.” (Investopedia) The platforms allow us to share photos and videos. They also bring many advantages to brands. Companies use social media as a digital strategy and as a marketing tool. Brands by social media are connected with the whole world, the sites are used for branding, advertisements, they play promotional roles. Brands spent a lot of money on advertisements online. Brands can use this platform to get in touch with customers. The media could be sponsored by individuals or companies. Customers often use social media to communicate with other customers and influencers who used the product or service. Social media also bring customers loyalty and give direct feedback about the quality of the product. The platforms have a huge impact especially on young people who follow many people online. One of the most important aspects of how to use social media in marketing are trust and signposting. The trust helps customers and simplify making decisions. People share online their opinions and thoughts on what they think about products or services. Good opinions could spread online and attract other customers. If opinions are bad the company can lose its authority. The customers want to be sure that the product is worthy of the price and meet their promises and needs.

Brands and companies getting involved in social media to improve their scale of sales and develop an awareness of the brand online.  Influencers help them do that by sponsoring posts. But who are they exactly? An influencer is “a person who is paid by a company to show and describe its products and services on social media, encouraging other people to buy them” (Harvard Dictionary) Many people use social media so companies also invest a lot of money in social media and influencers who are become the face of the brans or they are ambassadors. “Global spending on influencer marketing has skyrocketed in recent years, rising from an estimated $2 billion in 2017 to about $8 billion in 2019” (Gerdeman, 2019) Influencers have massive influence on customers, their role is fulfilled customer demand. They help companies build brand awareness on social media. When an influencer start talks about the product or service start generating sales. Influencers should be excellent at communicating and stay get in touch with the brand. Consumers have to trust influencers and they should have a sense of comfortability knowing that the person is leading the same type of life as they have. Customers follow influencers because they like them and trust them that they tell truth about the product which promotes. Nobody can love every product, so the influencer should be trustworthy and honest. Authority is also important. People know that consumers are more likely to trust the opinion of their peers or people who they know than the brand itself. If the product will be signposting many times by customers on social media, the company in a short time will be spread across the site.  Influencers to promote their products or services in many industries like travels, beauty, fashion, lifestyle. Social media have a huge impact on development and sales, especially for businesses and brands. In this world of digital marketing which has so many new exciting tools to help grow, promote businesses online. Promote the product by sharing the pictures of your business product. There are exist many brands so if you the brand want to spread their sales online and achieve success, they have to be authentic. Businesses need to use social media to stay relevant in today's market. Its the ultimate target of all the owners.
